Hi everyone, my name is Harry Tang. My major is economics. This is my third year at Uvic. My preferred mode of remote communication is online discussion through WeChat or Zoom. As for my communication strengths, I’m an active listener. I’d also like to give feedback to my groupmates. Moreover, I’m a friendly and easy-going person who always shows respect to everyone. My communication weakness is that I’m not confident when I’m in a group discussion, and I would like to grow through this course. I’m an introverted person, so I’m not confident during a group discussion. The time zone that I’m in is Victoria, BC. The time of day that I prefer to do academic work is in the afternoon. When I am upset, I tend to share it with others to calm my mind. The reason that I like group work is that we can separate all the work, which can reduce my stress. However, sometimes I don’t like group work since some of my groupmates did nothing when I cooperated with them. I hope we can have good cooperation. These are all the things that I want my team to know.
